I think UBI can only buy some time but won't solve the problem. We need fast improvement with AI robots that can be used for automation on mass scale: construction, farming maybe even cooking and food processing. Right now AI is mostly

It's so much harder to make very accurate image to plain HTML conversion than plain HTML to react et at. LLM are very good with translating between different web frameworks.

this is actually positive even for devs. The more users have ollama installed then you can release some desktop ai app for them and don't have to bundle additional models in your own app. Easier to provide to such user free or cheaper

When I use llm for coding I don't ask any history questions. For trivia and other questions you already have plenty of good models. This is a win even if you don't want to use it for coding. It will force anthropic hands to make b

Wish there was something like that for React Native or even Lynx. Then I would happily pay for plus bundle.

but this is is not much user friendly unless you already know what models you want to compare. I would prefer I switch some toggles or make kind of a query what kind of models I'm looking for my use case and then sort by speed or price

It's probably happening to ape right now as well. They haven't released interesting new hardware product like in more than 5 years. Apple vision is interesting but market validated not worth the money they asking. Worth to compare

Not only only low margin but even more low price products. If you sell ice cream for $1 there is not only 3% fee but also minimal transaction fee like 30cent.

Too bad but good that Europe at least have SEPA for euro money transfer so not dependant on SWIFT and at least for mobile payment you have many systems in different European countries like e.g BLIK in Poland

Better words is: against terms of visa/Mastercard rather than illegal. Businesses have valid reason for minimum payment. There is minimum fee in visa or master card like 30cents or so. If shop selling candy bar for $0.5 they are loosin

Unfortunately this only applies for physical transactions. For online payments this is still around 3% - reason why stripe cannot be cheaper. Wish we had something like transferwise is a wrapper around those QRCide payments so can pay cheap

does anyone understand pricing ? On OpenRouter ( https://openrouter.ai/qwen/qwen3-coder ) you have: Alibaba Plus: input: $1 to $6 output: $5 to $60 Alibaba OpenSource: input: $1.50 to $4.50 output: $7.50 to $2

I think native browser can provide better integration than browser extensions. Things like: mcp, access to accessibility, playwright, browser use, stagehand - this should help make a better operator.

Is this using only llama.cpp as inference engine? How is this days support there on NPU and GPU? Not sure if LLM can run on NPU but many models like STT and TTS and vision often can run much faster on Apple NPU
