I am in the same keyboard boat. I would upvote you 5 times if I could. The one thing I'd like is to have my iris keyboard with short travel switches.

I don't think any of these are something you can learn and remember in one hour. It's a good start though.

The times when the sun rises and sets change every season. The sun being in the highest position is the mid point. That's the significance of this. Having the sunrise always at 8 and the sunset at 20 in the summer and 16 in the winter

This is true. Many apps, including one I worked on, start the camera a bit earlier, with no feedback, just so it's ready to go when you use it. In my case it was starting the camera on the screen right before going to record, very purp

Also Fork and GitX are both git UI apps and they look and feel native. Simple and to the point.

Hey at least we have faster thumbs. I can see how both of the above views are valid, but I also tend to agree with the optimistic one, that it's better to have a lot of information and let the users choose/get manipulated, than no

What's interesting is that most people that buy the 140 dollar phones tend to keep them for 3 or 4 years, and people who buy the flagship 1000+ dollar phones, tend to keep them for 1 or 2 max.
