Each 'card' is simply a couple of div elements. You can replicate it pretty easily by inspecting the elements.

Is it as mature or have as large of a (server-focused) community? No, but I might consider this over Go or Rust because I already know Swift (from iOS development), and I haven't used Go or Rust at all. Fluency and confidence speed dev

It certainly does help, but it's also (IMO) not a pattern to be adopted without some forethought, especially if want to mix async and sync style patterns. In practice, I have usually seen people go (mostly) all in on one or the other.

I have written a medium-sized code base Angular 2 app with RxJs... mostly because my hand was forced by its use in the Angular 2 http service. Once I wrapped my head around it, I grew to accept and appreciate it. That said, it can certainly

If you know all of this stuff, I'm fairly certain you know enough to research, i.e., Google, writing a basic CRUD app with ASP.NET Core—and it won't take long. I'm relatively new to .NET (though an experienced developer) and

I'm afraid your bar for not being surprised is getting quite high ;-) I am familiar with many of the contributors of those open-source projects from IRC and their mailing lists. Not every vocal contributor is an Apple employee, i.e., E

I think you're projecting. I have bought Apple products because they work best for me in light of other options, but I don't consider them above criticism or reproach. Calling someone a fanboy is just as old (and frankly, quite si

It's not that I don't consider any one else worth following; that's neither what I wrote nor meant. My apologies if that's what came across. Surely there are tons of talented folk behind the scenes, and I am not disparag

Ah, sure. Below are a handful (off the top of my head) that I admire: Sal Soghoian: automation engineering expert "relieved" of duties for whatever reasons; consulting now I believe Tony Fadell: went on to Nest, acquired by Google

Very similar experience here with that same album except I was in high school and it was 1999. That album, from "Too High" all the way though "He's Misstra Know-It-All", is a piece of perfection.
