Thanks for the feedback :). I just noticed that I'm seeing a 30-40% failure while using the API - is there any reason that should be so ? I'm batching around 20-30 ids together (as recommended).

Just a FYI - reddit allows me 1 request/2 seconds - so a lot of queries may only return Bing data (no score/comments etc)

I use ASmallOrange (shared), Prgmr (VPS) and App engine for hosting my sites. At 60K alexa, you should really be looking at a VPS.

Yes, it is assuming he was alive :). It gets the date of birth via Yahoo BOSS and computes the age accordingly, the date of death (if any) is not accounted for.

I use Yahoo Boss as my site's search engine (by using the site:domain.com query), but since my site is new, the Yahoo crawler indexes pages very slowly. Assuming BOSS Custom has a way to feed results to the Yahoo crawler, this should become
