The theory is nice but a $3.00 product for iOS that doesn't explain itself beyond a few example images (hosted with non-SSL cert), doesn't quite leave me confident in the app.

I'm an absolute sucker for any Keith Haring artwork and they had a pair available only to subscribers of the product. I wound up enjoying the comfort of the product as much as the art and have been a satisfied customer since.

I had always understood it as a check of confidence. If the smallest, trivial item was taken care of; you can be fairly certain that everything else was completed as you'd expect.
