I think confirmation in the blog post yesterday would have provided a lot of clarity.

Why not though? It seems like third-party SDKs could be included by the developer and stored on my local device.

Yeah, that seems potentially destructive for apps that want users to have a local only copy. You would need to provide a full import / export option in case someone goes on vacation.

I'm confused about if this means that IndexedDB will always wipe data after 7 days. That seems like it would prevent storage from being used for user data in PWAs.

I've used Eleventy which was pretty solid. I'm curious about Next.js though since it seems like it does almost everything out of the box that I want. I'm unsure if can prerender non HTML content though which is interesting.

I wish that Safari would support Progressive Web Apps on Desktop like Chrome. I would much rather provide an Application Manifest and Service Worker than building a pseudo native desktop app.

That is my intuition as well. It also seems better than password. Fire base offers it as an option.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect that either. It's the only one not using native components as far as I know.

Yeah, I haven't read this one yet. I've been working through medieval fantasy generator. I hope he releases this one though.

I really enjoy all of the generative art watabou creates. I've started learning Haxe just to understand their code.
