Largely because of the difference from vanilla JavaScript syntax. PureScript looks great but would be asking for a lot of change just like Scala.js. We also looked at ClojureScript and LiveScript

Ah that would be cool. We actually code generate interfaces for our responses which is really helpful.

Why do you want TypeScript to check types at run time? Integration with other JavaScript code?

Mainly deeper integration between chat and Asana. I feel like chat has a low signal/noise ratio while task managers have a higher signal/noise ratio. I feel like this makes chat a pretty natural and great place to chat but a harde

What depth do the integrations have access to? It seems reasonable to put data into Hall, but it is possible to take data out? Eg, selecting text and attaching it to a task in Asana?

Do you have strong TypeScript tooling? I feel like that is the biggest reason for me to use IntelliJ right now.

This is a really cool way around the limitations of iOS. When Facebook added thumbs up to Messenger for android it was awesome so I imagine that Hall is trying to emulate that for business.

So why is this specific to Node.js as opposed to Scala, Go or other languages that easily allow concurrency?

I've started to realize that in this exploration. I think I might just need at most a simple dashboard.

With all of these projects, I'm unsure of the relationship between Lua and MoonScript. Is it similar to the relationship between JavaScript and CoffeeScript? Also, does it matter which one is used ultimately?

I was just looking at this yesterday. It seems awesome. My one question is how you do forking dependency graphs since everything is non blocking but looks blocking. Eg. I have takes A, B and C. C depends on A and B so I want to do A and B c

Exactly this. I feel more in love with TypeScript than CoffeeScript at this point. I think that part of it is that ES6 is absorbing a lot of the need for CoffeeScript.
