The point about people standing out doesn’t make much sense when you consider the following. If a service member brings over their Dodge Challenger, a car that is not common in Germany due to its ridiculous fuel consumption, they too will a

Article is behind paywall and is simply saying the same things that people have been saying about the post tech crash. Now, what this sort of article tends to miss (and I will never know because it’s paywalled like a jackass) is that these

I don’t feel like dollars are stolen from me. It’s more of companies abusing my goodwill to publish information online. From higher bills as a result of aggressive crawling, to copying my work and removing all copyright/licensing from

I’d say it puts a lot of Uber (and similar) drivers at risk because airport rides are a good source of income. Waymo undercutting them will reduce the amount of passengers available for pick up. Not saying it’s a bad or good thing. Just th

I’d rather have pre-defined templates than some AI magic button. That way you can set a mood and intent for messages without relying on an llm ( which can open up messages to be rather unkind).

Nothing says kind message like having AI write it for you. Might as well put “dictated but not read” at the bottom of each message.

Try writing other people’s books. As in typing them into the word processor. It really helps speed things up.

Curious how that would work. There’s definitely known and understood laws around malpractice, fraud, and incompetence. Are there laws that would allow a less-than-gifted individual, such as the one in the article, to sue for misinformation?

These AIs are taking away the jobs of psychics and other snake oil peddlers. How will the median person get their confirmation bias serviced when the AI becomes too expensive?

Minecraft? Not at all. Please stop rewriting history. Minecraft definitely had a small dev team but it wasn’t a single persons effort and wasn’t close to being one. You don’t create a world changing video game by yourself.
