I'd knock 100% off and make it non-profit with a socialized healthcare system just like almost every other western country in the world. A majority in the USA even favor it. http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/201

That doesn't really make sense. Facebook is a large advertising platform for journalists and media that have existed for a very long time. It's not exactly a space for creators like Youtube.

That CNN article they quote is nothing more than CNN disliking that Youtube is challenging them in viewers and ad money. CNN isn't exactly the bastion of legitimacy and journalistic standards either. They're also trying to take do

What would happen to Google? Nothing happened to Facebook except a slap on the wrist. They'll continue doing everything they do and only a few of us nerds on the internet will really care. Americans have the attention span of fruit fli

What are we defining as AI now? It seems like AI has had a lot of hype in the past few years, but I really don't think we're even close unless it's created by mistake. We don't understand the brain fully, we don't u

Why did the workers allow this to happen? Why do we just simply give up more and more of our lives to give more profit to the corporation you work for? When are we going to stick up for our rights? It's not exactly a radical position.

I'm only seeing two major rises when looking at the price chart (ALL). 2011 didn't make it past $20 and and 2013 was its rise to the Mt. Gox scam. Are you also accounting for Mt. Gox creating the first one in Dec 2013? Technically

Nothing. The general public doesn't care, only us nerds on websites like this do and when you think about it, it's a very sad and disturbing reality.

Most other cryptos are heavily linked to Bitcoin's price. If the Bitcoin bubble bursts, it's fairly safe to say miners are going to start dumping the mining equipment used for other coins, so yes, the ripple effect.

I haven't tried the Lime e-bikes yet, but I'm definitely interested because I see them all around my workplace now. Have you tried and confirmed you can make it up the hill with little to no issues?

I would argue it's fairly safe, especially comparing to rural areas. I now live south a few miles outside of the normal Seattle walking/biking and I've already experienced a few near-death situations, but didn't have any

Seattle seems like it's doing well with Ofo, Limebike, and Spin however it will never be a replacement for a car, and they're 40-70lb bikes that can't make it up Seattle's hills which makes them kind of useless outside o
