I am not sure if this is related, but I am heavily short sighted and facing the sun with closed eyes for a couple of minutes sharpens my eyes. I suspect it is just because I tend to spend too much time in dark rooms and in front of screens

I never heard anyone use it before, but 'überentwickelt', which is the antonym to the commonly used 'unterentwickelt', makes perfectly sense and should be understood by every german speaker.

Vienna, Austria. Why? Because it's rather cheap (in comparison to other european capitals), according to expats it's the city with the greatest quality of life worldwide and it would be easy to get a dev job, if you need one.
