You should care because the install base could reduce drastically. Reducing the amount of Devs and contributions to the FOSS scene. This will degrade your experience

Agreed. I use meshcore and have multiple repeaters setup. I don't care about people using ai assisted coding but I think it should be disclosed especially if its closed source. Now the trademark take over seems crazy especially given

Wonder if there is a self fulfilling prophecy. These large "AI" companies push their models/platforms for increasing productivity. If they're not reducing their own workforce or increasing productivity and reaching lar

Yes but it's truly impressive to see it. It shows it can be done. An 11th gen CPU/mobo that came out in 2020 can be dropped straight into this new chassis. Or the newest display be can be dropped into your 2020 laptop/chassi

Just want to semi recommend Pocketbook (please do your own research, never take a random recommendation et al). I bought the Verse Pro Color. It doesn't require an account, it doesn't require wifi. I transfer epubs via USB and t

I thought Google had leveraged on device accelerometers in a crowdsourced way to highlight and show alert anyone who will get a "rumble" soon.

To be fair the US is making steps into this realm and it's definitely a known issue. Their Shahed derivative, laser weapons becoming more ubiquitous. I'm surprised how many drones countries are starting to manufacture. e.g the

I keep chrome installed just to flash my meshcore devices... I doubt i'll try this but it's a nice step, hopefully we can get something akin to native adoption.

Yeah and it'll likely cost the same for the majority of people who won't bother replacing them at home.

There was nothing stopping you (and others) getting the battery swapped previously for a fraction of the price of a new device.

Also important to note that post is 1 datapoint. My "waterproof" phone fell in the bath for about 2 seconds and broke...

I setup my mum one of those cheap four core atom boxes with Linux. Was about £120 (before the current situation). They browse the internet on chrome for 99% of their PC usage. Edit the very odd letter. For a lot of people its perfect.

Android must have this in some form. My Pixel phone with a third-party app can show the voltage and current mode selected via the PD protocols. Using DevCheck might show 2.2A/9V as an example.

To be fair I've followed ente for a while and they seem to let their teams have side projects if it falls in line with the overall ente ethos. Same with Kagi. Thats where Kagi news was born. I quite like the ethos, but this Ensu defin

Yup, OP is from the UK. In the UK I got a ThreeUK business SIM for £49 that lasted 2 years with 500GB data. It sits in wan failover and manages about 50mbps which is perfect to keep most services running.
