Yes. There are solutions to that though, that are cheap and work worldwide wherever there is a cellular range (e.g. Hologram, SimBase). They only lost cellular when I was at a really weird place (Faroe Islands), and only one of them. Tracke

In last 4 years I've been to rental apartment in Montenegro that left smoke smell on my backpack for multiple days, and in really badly smelling 3-star hotel room in North Macedonia (both in capital cities)

My strategy for Ring when I used it as it was cheapest option with cloud recording and notifications (what's the point of local recordings if someone can just steal them) was to just connect it to a smart plug and then to UPS. I simply

S3 is a generic term for a cloud storage everywhere. Idk about proper terms, I always called Google Cloud Storage or Backblaze or any other products using S3 protocol as "S3". It all works the same

Well, time enjoyed spending isn't time wasted. For me I don't like cooking, showering, shaving (or especially picking up deliveries), I do it as least as I can. On the other hand I do walk for like 1-1.5h every day, and this time

So your time has no value (not just going there and back, but preparing to leave, dressing, undressing etc.)? Your car/other transport is completely free? I wonder what's the difference, but I've calculated for myself a while

For me I would just run it on a clean cluster/VM somewhere (to be destroyed after that) just to see what happens. If you have no local resources to spare, an hour of even very high end (to save time) VMs/cluster at a provider e.g.
