I bought one for my father’s iMac in 2020 and they shipped me three of them, so I helped contribute to the depletion.

I liked how it came with a pair of blue and red anaglyph glasses that are only used at the very end of the game. I had lost them before I got there years after I bought it, most of the puzzles were complete bs.

I’ve been to Bishkek, it’s a really interesting place. At the time everything was still straight out of the Soviet Union (maybe still is) and the people were all friendly. The mountains are immense and beautiful. The tourist experience wasn

I rolled all my 401ks into an IRA on Betterment. They automatically buy Vanguard ETFs and some other stuff. Has some nice features like earnings projections and automatically setting your equity/bond composition (like you can set it to

A lot of the original evangelical megachurches were directly influenced and guided by Peter Drucker who was a big "scientific management" figure, if that tells you anything. He was a direct mentor to Rick Warren who started the Sa

Lambda has its places, but I've noticed devs consistently using it for things where it doesn't make any goddamn sense. Like processing messages from a Kafka consumer, the function is running 24/7. People think it's a con

Similar thing happened to me on my GTI, the Xenon bulb replacements weren’t too expensive but replacing it literally required disassembling a large portion of the front end of the car. I couldn’t believe it.
