Same here. Sidekiq + Rails in a Rails app is a powerhouse, simple and reliable, but I do worry about losing the queue in Redis. It would be great to have that in Postgres as well.

I have the exact opposite impression: legacy Rails apps are usually a pleasure to work with if the developers followed the most basic framework conventions. It's called "on Rails" for a reason.

The article mentions shows being cancelled after they were made and ready to stream. Even if nobody is going to watch it, if you already paid for the production and it’s ready, why not put it online?

Half a year ago I asked around about the price of a DA62 I’m Brazil and it would be in the range of 1.6M USD (8M BRL). Did the price you quote (600k USD) was for the single engine model? If so, how much would a DA62 cost you in the US?

How many years of your life would you give up to save you the trouble of cleaning sticky pans every day? Asking seriously. I don't know how many I'd give, but it's definitely greater than 0.

Really nice that it allows you to pass a list of hosts at the same time, and it will plot them in the same graph: For instance, `gping mydomain.com google.com` is really nice for a quick sanity check (is it my Wifi or my hosting provider).

Isn't the trend detection equally applicable to shorting as well, with swapped signals? Or do you believe there are more fundamental changes needed so your app can trade in shorting as well?

You are changing the reference from the whiteness to Rubio. Rubio didn’t claim he saw first hand accounts himself; the ones that talked to him did.

Let's say I have a Rails app and I want to do a major postgres version upgrade using this tool. I see one of the requirements is that 'Both databases should have the same schema'. How should I manually load the schema to the

Slightly off-topic, but the upcoming Oppenheimer movie from Christopher Nolan is looking to be a masterpiece. Can’t wait for it.

Same here. I know it hurts to offer a free trial for something that already costs you money to serve (those API calls won't be free), but it's really hard to sign up without trying it first.

Maybe it's possible to extrapolate the price difference to the entire store? I know it's a single data point, but maybe it reveals cheaper stores nearby than the ones you're currently shopping.

Let's say your target rotation angle is 10 degrees, so at the specified speed (called VR) the pilots 'rotate' the aircraft nose up by 10 degrees. When they start the 'rotate' maneuver, the nose of the aircraft doesn
