You can do that, but Logseq is definitely not optimized for longer pages and you will quite quickly start to feel that. But putting everything in one note might be a good starting point to learn new workflows with these kind of outliners.

It never happened to me, there's always default page icon unless I click at this icon to change it. I write in polish, maybe they're trying to deduce from the title what the note is about and this works only for english?

I can't use letters from Polish alphabet: ó, ą, ę, etc. Doesn't look like for example option/alt+o doing something, but I can't type "ó" anyway. Chrome on MacOS

Mochi, Remnote, recently Logseq, plus Obsidian and Roam with community plugins. Also Notion with Leitner algo hacked into database. All of these are note-taking apps and have flashcards. I would say it's not that bad :)
