Governments don't need it. The model suggested links nearby bluetooth mac addresses which get linked to the phones IMEI, and governments already have multitudes of legal ways to link names to IMEIs.

Any sort of DNA processing. There is a lot of research into concise data structures for a very specific set of operations for DNA processing since our ability to generate DNA data is accelerating much master than processing or memory speed.

The biggest problem with GCP outages is that they've had multiple network issues that affected multiple north American regions at the same time. So maybe there are less of them on a per service basis compared the AWS, but when they do
