I believe that it will be one OS with two or three UIs. For instance, you'll have a device that will look like an iPhone or iPad when you use it like an iPhone or iPad, touch screen, big icon dashboards. When you plug that device into a doc

Much like Facebook's S-1, Google is seeing a huge increase in mobile traffic but not strong way to monetize it via advertising. I'd wager the preview pane (and maybe even the browser itself) is a play to increase the interaction they get on

I'll second this notion. Even if there is a way to collect micropayments, but not process them until they are large enough to process efficiently with the current credit card framework.

I dig this concept, and using things like QR codes for none traditional uses. I'd prefer to scan a QR code on a page then enter a capatcha. I think for things even simpler then logging in, QR codes could be a reasonable alternative to diffi

Joel, I dug this write up, the points resonated. I feel like I've read similar articles, though I can't seem to find any at the moment. Either way, I'll read the article, and then I'll check out what the person is working on. Frequently, I'

goodweeds, has the best advice in this comment thread as far as I'm concerned. Instead of spending countless hours blasting resumes out, why not do it the smart way, and make a personal connection with the person hiring the job. No one resp

This could be Wikipedia's most effective "personal appeal" they've ever run, just for the above reason. "A true blackout would be hellish: I don't know that there's a day that goes by that I don't read something on Wikipedia (which is the p

Having spent the last 3 years in SLC, it's amazing to see the growth that is going on in both locations. Vegas specifically though, the momentum that #vegastech has is like nothing else I've ever seen.

Ben - That is pretty nifty. How configurable is the size and what elements are included? For instance could you eliminate referring source from the embed statistics? Also, any opportunity to remove GPG branding from this as a white label?

Curious on the Delaware part, that's the first I've heard that "all investors" are going to "require" a Delaware formation.

I miss most the confined, small but important social network I had within G.reader. I wish, in addition to a better UX the follow/subscribe to others function was imported into the circles concept and reintegrated into G.reader.

These laws certainly will not help e-commerce shops, sales will decrease (or more likely continue to increase across the industry but not at such a rapid rate) because the e-comms will now be on a level playing field with brick and mortars.
