Better than nothing? I hate to say it, but I feel like I could slap an ad on their website/photo stories as-is, and make a decent amount of money. Not to mention, their apps. are free. I'm not sure if that would outweigh the serve

It's a move to prevent lawsuits and FTC fines like Apple, Amazon, and themselves have been hit with in the past. I'm not sure they have a choice, as far as E.U. is concerned. Either they do what is suggested or law is put in place
