Isn't Microsoft just supporting them to counter Google? I read somewhere (I have tried to find it again but I have failed so far) that Bing's cost of operation per search query was more than ten times that of Google. I understand

I assume he'd be mysogynist if him beating the reporter was related to the reporter's gender. In any case, the ex-CEO didn't serve time so I'd say he got off pretty easily.

Can you force Walmart to put your products on shelves? How is it OK for Hachette to force Amazon.com to put the physical books on shelves? One easy way to fight Amazon would be to include a DRM-free digital copy download for free with every

It is sad that hachette is getting authors to write badly about amazon on blogs and on facebook. It is evident that Amazon.com is right and hachette is wrong. Why do we need these scummy publishers anyways? Good riddance.

If I remember correctly even Steve Gibson, who sang praises of the Apple security apparatus saw the iCloud as a weak link in iOS security in his three part series (sn 446 through 448) on TWiT. Thoughts? https://twit.cachefly.net&

Instead of starting from scratch, we could build up on epub. It should already be possible to read DRM-free books on Apple's iBook app. It'd be nice if Amazon.com supported epub natively.

For people coming from TFS who might think stash is similar to shelve... stash is local. It does not go to your remote (origin?) unless you do some special gymnastics. I don't know if it is even officially supported to push a stash to
