You can use "-site:quora.com" for searches to exclude quora. Google search has pretty intuitive api.

There is no such a thing as "Cloud Agnostic". Be it K8S on AWS or Azure or GCP, each one has its own quirks that will make K8S run better or worse or even terrible. Abstraction of some things on orchestration level does not mean t

Its not impossible.. thats what they ended up with either way.. And how do I know its possible ? Well I have over 2000 developers working on the same codebase in my current company. I work as a devops and this conversation is stupid..

That pretty much forces tooling to try to rebase and run CI either way ? If it cannot rebase its up to the developer to fix his branch. Master should be always in a state of release at any moment. I just cannot imagine it was an unknown pra

This is China Social Credit System level of control. I would NEVER EVER use such a service. Its just too much of control in one place for a private company.

I can see the same argument being used for the stuff you could run locally up to 500k in infrastructure per month. People are so used to managed servers that they do not even see a possibility to use something else. Now everyone wants to be

No, I'm surprised people still use e2e tests as they are not the best way to test what you described.. There are better ways, like the ones I've described. We are not longer in 90s.. ps. e2e tests are not the same as manual testin

I would simply say that testing APIs with pacts is a better approach than e2e testing.. Overall e2e testing is something you want to get rid off, cos development loop with it is too long and not modular. All you should care about in an API

I find it weird people cannot understand, some dont see a point in using an assistant. Most productive people i know actually completely negate those "fancy" techs and stick to known old stuff. And those are not grandpas but 30-35

There are some cluster parameters you simply cannot change because api refuses or are not available (node cluster dependant parameters also). Example can be HPA downscale grace periods..

How you take care of DB updates when using cannary deployments ? For example those which are not backwards compatible ? Ps. Releases are about building new versions of code packages. Deployments about pushing them out to environments.
