I use DEVONthink to keep a local copy (WebArchive) of interesting pages. On top of obvious bookmarking features like tags I get good search, annotations, and preservation to name a few things. Preservation is underrated. I have quite a few

The video games one is funny. The hero text is "Emotion on Call" and the video title is "hearing is Believing". The video is narrated by the most passionless voice imaginable. It barely has question inflections.

If you only consider PC/server market then yes. But I'm fairly confident any given household has more ARM chips in it than x86 CPUs.

No, this is a bit different. This new feature lets font authors define "layers" that can be individually colored by the end-user. Color gradation you describe is technically possible but would require many layers since the feature

I'm fairly confident that PDF can not be parsed without interpretation so this probably can't handle it.
