It's just important to remember that melatonin, like most all dietary supplements sold in the U.S. is severly under studied. Melatonin is allowed to be sold because it exists in nature, not because it has been proven safe. This is esse

They're both first generation antihistamines and work as agonists on the H1 receptor, causing sedation. There's no reason to choose one over the other for a first time user, but they can cause rapid tolerance. So, I'm guessin

Yes, I would use first generation antihistamines like those sparingly as they are anticholergenic. It's more of a long term concern rather than for occasional use. For the low dose melatonin, Life Extension brand sells patented MicroAc

You might look at ZorinOS or Linux Mint. Mint is very easy to use, I was able to get my elderly mother to use it. It has a software store and built in automatic backups. Zorin has some built in features to support Windows software pretty ea

I'm honestly surprised they're legally allowed to do that. Isn't Yandex under sanctions and wouldn't paying them money as a US company fall under funding a sanctioned company? EDIT: Apparently not https://law.

I've never tried turning off the Google fallback results in Brave Search. Maybe I should give it a try to see how well it's doing without.

This was the model YikYak used and it was so much fun. They very much promoted it for use at colleges for students, but ended up geofence blocking it around high schools/middle schools because of cyberbulling concerns. But, if enough p

I've found Brave Search to be quite good. You can disable the AI summaries if you prefer. However, I generally find them very helpful. It's, of course, private similar to DDG. They use their own crawler as well as getting results
