Why didn't he just use dtrace to find his notes, or make a bunch of changes to a note and do a find command, leading him to the sqlite file he needed? Idk it seems to me like I just read something written by someone who considers himse

It makes less sense in automotive or architecture than games. Games scale incredibly well and practically for free, cars not so much.

No, but I figured it would recognize the format of the audit logs and no one else seemed to confirm which audit logs they meant. It seems like this[1] documentation matches the stuff in TFA [1] https://learn.microsoft.com/en

I had the same train of thought when I moved from Android to iOS, back when Google killed off App Ops. It was incredibly suspicious of Google to remove a tool that lets you take away a permission that an app autogranted itself upon install.

I don't get why companies don't understand how offensive it is to the customer to nickel and dime them, especially after they're already a converted customer. They could easily eat the $60 cost and spin it as positive PR, App

It shows understanding that words are made up of letters and that they can be counted Since tokens are atomic, which I didn't realize earlier, then maybe it's still intelligent if it can realize it can extract the result by writin

That takes away from the notion that LLMs have emergent intelligent abilities. Right now it doesn't seem valuable for a model to count letters, even though it is a very basic measure of understanding. Will this continue in other domain

I think Hanlon's razor is outdated. Plausible deniability is the new meta. On top of that, the maintainer seems intent on not fixing the problem.

In cybersecurity, which in some departments is a lot of paper pushing based around RMF, ChatGPT would be a welcome addition. Most people working with RMF don't know what they're talking about, don't have the engineering backg

This is like Snow Crash except for those with deeply theoretical minds. For the rest of us non-theorists, we see the LLM output and it just looks like homework output that's trying to hard.
