O_o Do not let the font distract you Not so easy. You're just trolling me now right? I guess… I mean… agh. OK. Sure… I've never thought it a particularly ugly font, I just always thought it was overused and often used in the wrong context

I don't find this one as informative as similar visualizations I've seen in the past. I think because the files fade out if they haven't been edited in a while you can't really see the progress of the project itself.

My favorite part of punchfork (besides Jeff) are the custom url shorteners. Check out the customize dropdown on the side of a recipe page: http://punchfork.com/recipe/Bramble-Chow Nice little touch.

One person's "transformation" is another's "mutilation." Right… it's subjective, hence his warning that you should seek permission even if you think it's obvious. Regardless of who's side you fall on in this disagreement, I think everyone

Yes. I don't subscribe to NYTimes, ChiTribune, LA Times or any other traditional media outlet in Google Reader and I use it every day. Although the analogy is flawed, your point still stands that Hulu is nothing without content. The differe

Absolutely. It's ok if you're installing Django to run some 3rd party software but if you're actually building something you need to support it's important to have more control over your environment/libraries than the system-level package m

This article is extremely good. We always criticize pop-science journalism but in my mind, this is what good technology journalism looks like. I wish to hell that I could subscribe to a magazine like this instead of the hand-wavy baby talk
