Users do want this. The Cloud9 Web IDE was popular enough that amazon acquired it and now it's part of their offerings in the AWS family. There is also CodeAnywhere that has paying users.

Is there a plugin that makes websites like this easier to read on modern devices? The lines of text here are too long for my poor brain to parse but I don't want to have to resize my browser for each badly designed website.

You'd never need all of these though, would you? There is a lot of overlap between the dongles that unless you had a lot of devices you wouldn't require. For example I can't see anyone buying an HDMI to DVI + a Lightning to V

They generally are fairly slow but it doesn't matter because you just set it and leave it to it until it has all the data you want, leaving you to get on with other things.

No, WhatsApp requires you to verify your phone number on any device you install it on. You won't be able to do that here.
