I'm going to point out that The Guardian hasn't put up a paywall, but remains a 'real newspaper'. There's also going directly to the AP( https://apnews.com/ ) for straight news articles, sans editoria

I'm confused. The article seems to suggest that it's unintended behaviour, but it's not being reported as a bug, instead it seems to be a curiosity. Is this how Microsoft tends to handle these things?

The reason that works is because !g defaults to encrypted.google.com, which doesn’t support AMP yet. I think you can set that as your homepage to make AMP-free search more accessible. As it is, Safari doesn’t seem to support custom search e

I’m pretty sure that Hey Siri is keyed to the users voice to some extent, so Siri should be safe. Not sure about Google, Cortana, Alexa etc.

I'm pretty sure the lightning standard doesn't support an analogue signal at all, hence the role of the adapter as a DAC. Around 23mins in the linked video you see the part he's using inside the phone, and it seems more compl

I felt like the paper’s concept of a ‘Troll’s Truism’[1] would be particularly relevant to here. I also remember seeing a similarly structured paper on Scientism here. [1]“A Troll’s Truism is a mildly ambiguous statement by which an excitin

The most interesting part of the article for me was that it mentioned 5G wireless signals. I was under the impression that the standard(is that the right word?) was still being developed.

In terms of lightweight iOS browsers, I like iCab Mobile[1]. It's compatible with iOS 7 and up, which should include an updated iPad 2/3. It also natively supports Adblock lists(including EasyList by default). [1] https:/
