Not a native speaker so I'm not sure what you call an apartment complex, but I've lived in apartments that were in complexes of multiple buildings and never heard of paying per year. That sure seems to suck.

Renting for life isn't the same thing as being indebted for life. You can move out at any time and the landlord doesn't have any hold over you. Doesn't sound much like peonage to me.

Mandate a reasonable support delay, beyond the 5-to-7-years that seems to be the gold standard today. A computer from 10 years ago can still do a lot of things.

You can download all 3 Witcher games without DRM after buying them on GoG. Did you have the standalone version? I don't understand why they put a DRM in it.

You'd need something like RSS to only download the useful contents. You could probably same a few forums' contents on a 500GB SSD if you stuck to text and used an efficient format.

You don't want medical advice from reddit though. At least the university websites are trustworthy enough to decide if you need to see a doctor. Maybe a no-filler health info website could be viable if it spread by word of mouth and no

Python is only palatable with strict type checking everywhere. I don't see how unchecked dynamic typing can bring anything else than chaos in a large project.

I like to write impartial and authoritative reviews for things that aren't just a random hobby of mine. Especially on anonymous forums. This could be good, or it could make advertisers start spamming forums with more fake accounts.
