What is Apple doing that’s anti-competitive? How have consumers been harmed?

Apple doesn’t even have 30% of the smart phone market globally how can they have a monopoly on apps? Developers can just stop developing for Apple based systems if they chose.

This is my problem. I have video footage of a man walking out of his tent (that he is illegally camping in, btw) , walking across the street, coming to my car and removing the catalytic converter and then walking back to his tent. The polic

Yes it was in my case. I didn’t realize that fact until I started working at 13 and was seeing the prices all the time though.

Even with the higher cost of living in SF/NYC/Seattle, tech pay at FAANG is pretty high. Senior software positions are pretty much start at $300k/yr across all of those companies. Plus these companies generally have excellent

The last content added to Overwatch that wasn’t new character skins or balance patches was in April of 2020 when they added the last new character to the game. The last new non-death match map added to Overwatch was in 2019. Correct me if I

The PPU is definitely complex but the NES has the benefit of being much, much, much better documented than the GB which is honestly a huge advantage. The NES also has a bunch of complex cartridge mappers but you don’t necessarily need to im

I have never been on a train in the US that is faster than driving and certainly not on a train with food I’d actually want to eat. Perhaps west coast trains are total crap compared to elsewhere in the US but your description doesn’t fit my

I would honestly recommend not trying to emulate the gameboy if you’re doing emulation for the first time. I did this and it didn’t go very well (but perhaps I’m a below average person) Chip8 or the NES (6502+PPU) are probably better places

I certainly wouldn’t, and I’m willing to bet people like me are in the majority. Why waste a day in a train when I can drive for way less cost and stop wherever I please or fly and get there much faster? Not to mention that if I drive some

Maybe I’m crazy but if you’re really lonely I don’t know how planning an event nobody will show up to because you have nobody to invite helps. That just seems like bad advice. Or even if you do have people to invite if you’re not super clos

I think this is misleading since Jeff Bezos’ adoptive father (adopted when he was 4) was a petroleum engineer, and his grandfather was a director in the Atomic Energy Commission according to Wikipedia.

It’s not the cost that’s the issue but rather that you either need higher energy density batteries which will typically be heavier or you need many batteries or you need to take breaks to charge the batteries you have. Now, this isn’t so ba

I have an electric weed trimmer, lawn mower and leaf blower. They are quite a bit less noise than gas equivalents I used growing up. The one huge downside is that these devices are pretty big energy consumers and battery life is horrible. M
