It would be great with a similar solution that also packaged you own STUN/TURN setup. Maybe there is someone who did that for Jitsi meet?

If there was an easy way to get iMessages in Windows 10 I guess it would just increase the number of people who consider switching from Mac? Maybe Apple can't fit that into their business model?

I would love to know more about how this discussion is in Denmark. Also how the Danish public sector is talking about GDPR/Cloud Act in relation to O365 and similar services.

To be fair, they did the following: - Data and analysis was done at a server in the class room (locked in a cabinet) - All parents signed a consent form before the trial started. - All data was erased after the trial ended. The Swedish DPA

Zoom is one of the few web meeting solutions that just works - even for people without the client. I was surprised to see that they seem to skipped WebRTC and have a custom implementation instead: https://webrtchacks.com/zoo

I agree with the author that the changelog may be more important for humans. So instead of having machine readable version numbers, maybe we should focus on having machine readable changelogs where items belong to a predefined taxonomy? Agg

You could work as a software developer in the public sector. There is a desperate need in many countries to improve digital services for citizens. Or, you could have side projects that improve people's lives. I have built software that

I'd say that 8 weeks (40 days) of vacation is not the norm, even for software developers in Sweden. The law says 25 days. Most companies may do 30. And some will increase it for the 40+ staff to 35.

Is 200K CNY correct? A garbage worker in Stockholm makes around 28K SEK/month (~ 258K CNY yearly).

Most people, even those close to the arctic circle have sufficient vitamin D levels in Sweden [1]. Regarding depression, it would be great If you could state a source for the claim that long term residency in Sweden creates depression. [1]:

As some of the comments show, it is hard to have a meaningful discussion on taxes without comparing what you get for them (or what you have to pay extra for in other countries). I guess software developers in most countries belong to the to

In Sweden all citizens get a unique 12 digit number at birth (where the last char is a checksum). It is used for identification and you can call the tax agency to find the ID of everyone. For the public sector it is a great value as a prim
