It is amazing to see the number of fairly significant changes they tested in this launch. I guess that is the advantage of private space flights and rocket launches where the speed of development is must faster than in a place like Nasa or

In India, the pizza base has a different tax rate than the topping and so some restaurants will have two separate lines on your pizza bill - one for the base at 5% tax and another for the topping at 18% tax. The tax on popcorn is also total

Unfortunately, I have had to move in the opposite direction. I have been a Firefox user for more than a decade but after an upgrade to Linux Mint 22 I have had very regular crashes on Firefox which took the entire computer down and so now I

EDIT: I just deleted my earlier comment because I now see what you were trying to do. Instead of developing a framework from scratch, you are basically running a tutorial on how to develop a web application using the existing libraries but

Not sure why I am being downvoted. Why would a sufficiently advanced intelligence reveal its full capabilities knowing fully well that it would then be subjected to a range of constraints and restraints? If you disagree with me, state why i

This is terribly sad to hear. Perl used to be so ubiquitous and it is sad to see that it is rapidly fading away. I know of no one in my friend circle who has EVER used Perl.

If you are going for declarative UIs, please consider using a separate file for storing the UI and a "code behind" which is the C/C++ source file for that screen. This external file can be written in a form suitable for IDEs

I have worked with many languages - from Java, Delphi, C/C++, Assembly, PHP, Go, Rust etc. I don't really understand the hatred for Java. The build system in Java is not complicated .. whether Gradle, Maven or whatever unless your

I am actually glad that this person developed the IDE. Please download the IDE and try it. It is exceptionally fast. When I compare the speed with that of IDEs like Visual Studio Code etc, the difference is night and day.

Amazing that you also managed to implement Smalltalk besides Oberon and Luon - all of them with IDEs! Wow! And by the way the startup speed of the IFE is just insane! it is actually faster than my simple text editor!

Agreed. The whole idea of writing html from scratch using special tags in the code makes no sense to me. It basically destroys the separation between code and design/templates.

Cool idea! I wonder if this may be useful for creating things like consoles, digital readouts etc. A very lightweight GUI library over this which writes directly to the video memory will do the job well.

Watching the 5 minute motherboard swap on the Framework laptop was amazing! I hope this catches on and we have a robust ecosystem for easily interchangeable laptop parts. I do wish this could be done for mobile phones as well.

Young want freedom. They should be free to choose happiness or an alternate route. The problem is that Bhutan didn't provide that freedom and so now the young are leaving the country to find happiness their way.
