I can't tell if this was an out of line assessment of the jury selection, or an actual description of what happened during deliberation... The six-woman, two-man jury deliberated for part of three days before returning its verdict. Du

This isn't about the budget; this is about not having enough TA's to assist with the class as well as the class possibly being "too easy" the last iteration. Berkeley holds each CS course to within a range of average GPA

For those unfamiliar with our curriculum: CS161 is given as a "choose-two of these required courses" choice in order to complete the CS major. Many students are enrolled out of necessity.

Not a budget issue; they just couldn't staff enough TA's (not enough students expressed interest in becoming a TA).

Should be interesting to see how sequencing goes on that wooly mammoth recovered a week or two ago. Not sure of the complexities involved, but hopes were high the blood was mostly intact.

Briefly interned (two weeks) for Booz Allen this Summer. While the people I met and interacted with for that short amount of time were excellent and of good spirit, the general opinion I got was that people did not enjoy their day. Much lik

Not very profound, really. Sure; no one else will see the exact permutation I saw, but what does it matter? The graph had no meaning attached to it; the values were 'random'. If there was a datapoint with information meaningful an
