Unfortunately you must now post an updated binary (and wait for review) to update your App Store screenshots.

I took that to mean "username or repo".

A certain gmail Filter suddenly stopped working on February 25, 2013. I only noticed a month later, after missing several important emails. The issue with Filter on this particular string is confirmed with one other user, not just my accoun

Doesn't it seem kind of crazy that you have to sort through an FAQ to get started? Why isn't there a big call to action button that says "Create a Page"?

When I go to http://pages.github.com/ , I see absolutely no way to make a Github Page. How do you set one up? EDIT: I know I could probably find the info in an FAQ, if I needed to. My point is that the images on that page seem to show a

I remember a service that put a physical DVD in an individual DVD player in a warehouse somewhere and streamed it to you. Essentially the same thing as this? Looks like it was shut down. http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2011/08/judge-ord

Why have they ditched the "big delete key" redesigned keyboard they were touting a couple years ago?

For what it's worth, I use one of those ThinkPad external keyboards with my Mac. It's a great solution for those of us who can't work without TrackPoints.

Today the Google Alert I have set up for mentions of my Mac app lit up with a new crack on a warez site. They had a full ASCII art header and everything! Put a smile on my face.

In fact, if you want to do the icons/design and find an acceptable HN API, I could get it working with the Reddit Notifier source pretty easily. Shoot me an email if interested.

I wouldn't use an alternative HN story reader on OS X. I like the cramped web interface too much. However I do like (and make![1]) passive alert menubar apps. Make one of those for HN and I would use it (and submit pull requests). Alert for

Sounds similar: I would like to see things other than emails live within my email inbox. You click on a "subject line" in your gmail table view, and it opens up a to-do list, or a wiki, or a spreadsheet, or a regular old email. Not an email

I'm guessing that people using the "free" side of the Ubuntu Software Center are not required to have a credit card on file. This is probably one of the most significant barriers compared to the Apple app stores.

The best is the Keywords field that cannot be longer than "100 bytes", doesn't validate your character count until you submit the from, is unclear about comma/space separated values, and disregards pluralization.

An interesting wrinkle in these "column" keyboards (where Q-A-Z are lined up in a column rather than staggered) is that I self-corrected for this deficiency years ago; my left pinky hits Q-A-Shift, ring finger hits W-S-Z, middle hits E-D-X

Thanks for trying the app. How does the technique work for you? I don't have any official numbers, but it seems like many people can type 30+ words per minute with very little learning. Faster with practice. Currently no chording for number
