There should be debuggers for interpreted dynamic languages that can be scripted with strict type systems. Possibly like eg prolog; like if I have Python code that has a Person class defined in it, I could just check for invariant violation

The body generates a hurricane of consciously-interpretable signals. A lot of people can agree with "anxiety can come from the body", but I think it's worth going further - anxiety can be computed , all over the body, and th

I do not know with what hardware GPT-5 will be trained, but GPT-6 will be trained on something with similar levels of efficiency as an OPU (and probably distributable via consumer-accessible hardware)

Coincidentally, the current winner of the Hutter Prize, Starlit, works by trying to come up with a traveling salesman path between wikipedia articles based on document embeddings + a context adaptive compressor. To make a restartable codec

Makes sense to me. People often attribute uselessness to that which their imagination struggles to engage. Note that OP didn’t say: “everything everyone else says is useless is useful” but rather “rushing to judge something useless is a ver

Yep - for projects like this, unit tests serve to reduce the dev's mental load. Once a test gets in the way of making easier progress, it's no longer serving that purpose.

I just want to mention that, in the case that your burnout relates to programming too much, you might want to use this time to find something that doesn't involve diving hours a day into an ambitious work. Learning comes at a cost (tim
