Seems like the natural evolution of the already popular ELK stack. I hope they add popular siem features like archiving, alerting, central configuration management etc. I'll stick with graylog for now.

What do you find so bad on windows 10? What I dislike is the telemetry, the fact that they install so much garbage by default and even when I remove it they reinstall it with the next update and I fear they will start pushing ads in the fut

I guess they need to pivot a bit. Since they jacked up fees to booking.com levels they are just a booking.com equivalent in my eyes, the prices are not cheaper anymore.

I'm also picky about olive oil. I've heard about countless scams in Italy about fake olive oil on TV. Also to me most commercial olive oils from the South (Italy, Greece, Spain) taste quite mild/soft compared to our olive oil
