You can combine this with the `:/<text>` syntax [0] for matching the most recent commit with a given text in the commit message, e.g. $ commit frobinator/ -m "refactor the frobnicator" [ more work ]

Wow. "On vacation" makes it sounds like workers were just off "having fun" (which of course is their right), but as your story illustrates, many immigrants are required to leave the US for their visa renewals. To be for

And even if you decide it's time to leave, you'd still want to come back and settle your affairs and plan a proper move. You wouldn't want to leave everything behind, especially if you only brought enough for a brief trip.

Sadly that is not uncommon these days at all. For major arena shows, face price floor seats can easily run $500+, going up to $1000+ for the first rows. Even lower level bowl seats can run you that much for front row. And that's if yo

“Immigration judges” that are not part of the judicial branch are one of the weirder quirks of US government. They probably shouldn’t have been allowed to use the title “judge” at all, but here we are.

The issue is getting it covered by insurance. Otherwise it can cost over $1,000 for the full course of shots.
