I'd love to know how commercial software solve this issue. I would expect a mixture of heuristics and user inputs to resolve ambiguous assignments

While it appeared somewhat more stable, it didn't seem to have the naming issue fixed, unfortunately.

Excel + VBA is insanely powerful, and except for the IDE a surprisingly good dev experience. I would have never thought if I my client hadn't insisted..

Same old, same old. People revisiting old tech (electrons, atoms etc.) and rediscovering its value are getting rich with new and interesting projects, people chasing new tech pipe dreams getting scammed or scamming others. The scene hasn&#x

Zinc supplementation is an effective treatment against many commonly found viruses. Are you saying the new virus is an exception to this? Seriously curious, as I haven't looked into it specifically. Also: Gargling a zinc/water sol

I bought Cinchona bark, which contains quinine, hypothesizing it might work against the virus. Hope I don't need to verify.

I always daydreamed about roasting and selling coffee online as some kind of side-hustle. Would you mind commenting a bit about your daily life, the amount of time spent / money earned? My oven roasts were quite tasty so far, and I

What are some practical applications of your software, how can it be useful for the typical HN crowd? If you want money, you need to sell.

Interesting, so it's quite similar to SAP. Do you need deep business knowledge, or are software skills (Python, JS I guess?) sufficient?

Cool stuff. What's hindering you from making money at this point? I just started a job implementing asset pricing algorithms for energy contracts similar to what you did, even though a bit more involved (using stochastic dynamic progra

You can do the same with PyTorch, right? Just export the model as .onnx and import it with whatever inference engine you like.

What are the labels you want to predict? Maybe some unsupervised clustering method would already be suitable? Also you might start with an already trained network and just change the prediction layer, which might save a ton time and effort.
