I've been an EMT for 15 years, in 3 states. I've reported suspicions, as required. I've also seen CPS take kids. All it takes to get a judge's 'order' is a phone call. cops at least need to present something

the issue isn't the mandatory reporting. The issue was the way they treated here AFTER the two known-to-be-spurious tests, neither of which were blood draws which are vastly more accurate. So, yes, a lawsuit would be in order (IMO).
