It's crazy how some people here will just make all the assumptions possible in order to refuse to believe you. Anyone who's used a good model with open code or equivalent will know that it's plausible. Refactoring is really c

There's been a lot of very bad bugs for a long time and they don't seem to care about fixing them. Eg the screen flicker: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/3648

It doesn't have to be micro services, just code that is decoupled properly, so it can search and build its context easily.

Totally agree. I've been using blazor server + Claude for project and it just removes all the stupid complexity of having react + a rest API.

So we're reposting fake reddit engagement bait posts here now? Come on, this is barely credible. Even if it seemed credible, this is not how you whistleblow effectively. To be clear I'm not trying to defend these companies, they s

From what I've seen, 99% of people are using the free version of ChatGPT. Those who are using Claude are on the subscription, very often the $100/month one.

I don't agree, I looked at most of the code the AI wrote in my project, I have a good idea of how it is architectured because I actively planned it. If I have a bug in my orders, I know I have to go to the orders service. Then it'

I find that restricting it to very small modules that are clearly separated works well. It does sometimes do weird things, but I'm there to correct it with my experience. I just wish I could have competent enough local LLMs and not rel

I really doesn't. I just ditched my wordpress/woocommerce webshop for a custom one that I made in 3 days with Claude, in C# blazor. It is better in every single way than my old webshop, and I have control over every aspect of it

Do you believe we can automatically detect AI generated videos, without having too many false positives and without spending huge amounts of resources playing the cat and mouse game? It's not possible and it's not economically via

Screenshots are just completely broken. People always tell me to use other apps like flameshot but IME it just doesn't work and I don't want to have to mess around so much to take screenshots. I'm still using Wayland because

How are people not wearing seatbelt? I've never seen a car that doesn't make a constant annoying noise if you're not wearing it while driving. Do they mod the car to disable this safety system? That seems too far stretched...

Myeah... I've had weird issues on my network that I could only resolve by disabling IPv6. Granted, it's probably my fault, but if everything still works fine with ipv4 that's fine to me. One day I will get into it and learn

Engagement bait will get amplified even more, with the goal of gathering human generated data and user retention. Lots of new subreddits have been popping up this year, in different languages, that are flooded with AI generated rage and eng

Very nicely written. I've been slowly removing thin desires from my life. It's hard to do at first, but what I've noticed is once I am free from them, I do not miss them at all. Almost like I was under a spell.
