Yes, but obviously I'm wanting a streaming service to offer it.

I don't think so. The same issues would be there for music, but those apps all offer it. As long as you can only watch it from within their app (so they can keep stats), it shouldn't matter whether it's online or offline.

I wasn't suggesting anything's wrong with it. Certainly the creator of Bootstrap has liberty to copy himself. I guess I'm just a little surprised he didn't want to showcase his variety.

Yeah, I was just gonna say this definitely should have been written with Sass.

No, your example isn't the same. In your example you're referring to the max-width of the viewport. In Ian's example, he's referring to the max-width of the `.testimonial` element itself.

John Resig made a similar point in an article discussing using JavaScript as an intro language for the Khan Academy. http://ejohn.org/blog/introducing-khan-cs/ He argues (and I agree) that prototypal inheritance isn't complicated unless y

An example of the TODOs app with AMD is great! Now if only Backbone and Underscore would support AMD natively so you wouldn't need to Shim them.

The double hyphen is actually part of a pretty common naming convention (BEM-style) for distinguishing between separate components, component modifiers, and component sub-objects. Examples: https://gist.github.com/1309546 http://nicolasg

I was going to say the exact same thing, but you beat me too it! I started with this approach when I built our tooltip library for my company, but eventually there were just too many gotchas. We switched to using JavaScript and inserting th

The point was that there are factors other than z-index involved in determining the stacking order. I'm certainly not suggesting anyone use opacity to move things around in the stacking order. I was just trying to make people aware of it. I

The suggestion "Never nest rules purely for code organization" isn't to save a few bytes, it's avoid the specificity trap. Too many people who write Sass use nesting to make their code look more appealing in their editor, but what they end

What part of OOCSS do you think SASS already solves? Perhaps there's some disagreement about this that can help me answer your question.
