All DNS zones on CZDS have the same format, and AFAIK all nTLDs are required to use it. But you're right for ccTLDs -- everyone uses their own format and most don't even allow you to get the zone file. There are some companies tho

I believe you have to sign an agreement to not use the domain names list for DDoS attacks, specifically against WHOIS services. Not saying that this stops anyone, but that's what they probably had in mind.

Unfortunately not every domain that has no DNS record is available for purchase: some people configure no records, others are reserved by the registry (many short words for nTLDs). If something isn't in the DNS zone you can do a live D

Plus this service starts at $249/month for the first non-"evaluation" plan compared to AWS & GCP which are fully Pay as you go. That's a complete deal breaker for anyone who wants to use it for a side project.

I think SEO is a large reason why popular sites do bother with semantic tagging.

I think the problem here is not on the technical side. The places where we find stuff to read (aggregators, homepages, social networks) just don't work well if you're only extracting the text and links. There's also a huge lo

Another approach to completeness could be to remove noise from the original page instead of parsing just the text from it. In the worst case the page isn't changed at all but it's still usable (like when ad blockers miss some ads)

How much do engineers really have to do with the (bad) business of a company? Facebook has a high technical standard even if you question their societal impact, for Amazon I'd be concerned about the cliche backstabbing culture. Disclai
