Disappointed this wasn't building canoes out of ice. That sounds more fun. There was actually a plan to build ships out of ice during WWII, and then they came up with a better material which was wood pulp mixed with ice. It was stronge

When I worked support at a university, in the dim and distant past, it was our responsibility to clear the labs if a fire alarm went off. Students did just generally sit there until they were told to move. I think if you have more than a do

No it wouldn't. The assumptions made in that video are ridiculous. You don't need to have storage for all your solar; you turn other sources off when you have excess supply. Or you can switch them off simply by covering them . Ba

When they say "extra" they mean extra generation, not new capacity. The grid isn't running flat out all the time. The highest output this year was 48GW. At night, it does about 22GW. That leaves plenty spare capacity for char

Yes, I'm aware you were attempting sarcasm, but it wasn't very good, was it? I thought it would be kinder to ignore it and post something useful. The phrase you're looking for is, "thank you". Cheers!

Searching should work as long as you're happy to kiboze with: grep -E '(5|s)((c|k)r?(i|1)(p)(t|7))?( ?)(k)(1|i)(d*)(y?)(i|1)?(e)?' ...or similar.
