I run a popular Minecraft server, we have tons of scripts between the mc server, forum, admin interfaces, and all the other supporting stuff we run. This makes it so easy to create new functionality that interfaces with our various scripts

You can drag drop that jar file into http://jd.benow.ca/ and in two clicks you have 100% of the source code, variable names and all. It's not the same as decompiling an C executable by any means.
