#3 hits home. I've been "working" on my side project for 3 years now with almost no progress because I'm constantly intrigued by new frameworks and BaaS. I spend all my time tinkering with them until I get bored with it

If you are only interested in having one speaker, I would probably agree that bluetooth is the better choice. Much more flexibility. Sonos is better when you've got a whole house full of speakers. Grouping rooms together, playing diffe

Because you aren't the only one enjoying the music at your home. The most annoying thing about being at a party where bluetooth audio is being used is when the person paired gets too far away from the speaker.

My 2010 15 inch MBP is still getting OS updates. Installed 8GB of memory and an SSD a few years back. Other than the fact that 1.5 hours is about all I can get from the battery, I haven't been compelled to upgrade.

I recently switched from 1password to Enpass and have been very happy. If you want to use more than 20 passwords on their mobile app it will cost you a one time fee of $9.99 per platform. Very reasonable in my opinion. https://ww

Stop going out eating and drinking so much. Don't work for pennies on the dollar in exchange for equity.

Assuming the audio quality is on par with a Sonos Play:1, An extra $150 is a quite a bit more to pay for Siri integration. Also, will HomePod only work with Apple Music? Another must have that I would need to see before switching from Sonos

Trying to solve this problem with a Postgres => CouchDB & PouchDB solution currently. I got pretty excited when I saw this, only to be disappointed to find it only works with their Enterprise edition.

I love Google Inbox as well. The one downside that bothers me is its performance. It can be very slow and tends to gobble up resources the longer you have the tab open. I'm constantly on the lookout for a native desktop app that matche

My typical music tastes lean mostly toward classic rock and indie. Never was a huge metal guy. Then I stumbled on the doom metal band 'Pallbearer.' Their album 'Foundations of Burden' blew my mind. Epically melodic, comp

Very cool. I've always wanted to do something like this as well. I'd be interested in analyzing my listening habits throughout the year to see if there is any correlation between months and artists. I feel like I'm pretty &qu

Right. Certainly there aren't any liberal blogs or "news" organizations that sensationalize headlines or downright make things up... It happens both ways and is unfortunate.

Interesting to see this implemented as a mixin when they just announced yesterday they are fully supporting es6. Looking forward to building some side projects with this and seeing how it compares to using react + flux.

It's pretty nice to not have to deal with ads while watching live shows, music videos, etc on youtube. For me it was a welcomed addition to what I was already paying for.

Great hybrid app but I can definitely tell it is not native. The animations stutter quite a bit on my nexus 6. I'd imagine it would be much worse on low to mid level android devices. Then there is that slight delay on all tap actions.
