This response really seems like gaslighting. He doesn't address her concerns and glosses over whether she was held to a different standard than others at GR.

My hope is eventually to be able to run it locally and integrate it into other language, like Tensorboard.

My gripe with Observable is I can't fit into a Python-based workflow. I.e., a machine learning or gpu-training worfklow. It is a nice place to create explainers, though. I almost think of it as being like a Medium alternative.

The same article says: “This is a very powerful visual tool to raise awareness that a very simple masks, like these homemade cotton masks, do really well to stop the majority of these respiratory droplets,” Fischer told CNN. The study itsel

This is sort of right. Reformer has taken books as a single input and not just in split batches. There are pretrained book-trained models on HuggingFace now. I'm not aware of book-length summarization models yet, but that's not du

More linear algebra should arguably be taught earlier. Of course it could be used to do calculus as well.

Does this include plastic bags? I find that barely anyone recycles 7 or flexible plastic, so I'm not sure stores are gaining much from collection in terms of image.

Would be interesting to see this normalized by say DOM elements per page. Also Svelte and other lean bundle approaches should be included.

Last q: which datasets of this kind are used for SOTA testing or document clustering?

Sort of makes sense. You'd need a ground-truth search->document dataset, I think, to test on, though. Seems a bit hand-tuned.

Seems problematic if the term entities/topics are spread across sentences.

I'm not sure I understand in practice how that would work. You have sentence embeddings and a query embedding. You're comparing groups of sentences from a document to the query. But how do you decide how to group the sentences? Ar

How did you end up handling the query/document asymmetry issue? Seems like query sentenceBERT/averaged document vectors?
