I still remember seeing the three legged race for the first time and my brother and I were in hysterics. Still one of my favourite ever music videos. Roots Manuva never really got the credit he deserved.

After a day of staring at a screen being able to listen with my eyes closed is nice. I don't mind reading either, it's not like one is better than the other.

Obviously niche, but the GOV.UK Design System is very well supported in Rails. There's a form builder and library of components (built and maintained by me) which, between them, provide full coverage. Most new Rails services use them.

Lindows made a splash in 2001-2002 and its purpose was to bridge the gap and offer proper support for Windows applications on Linux via a 'click and run' service. After Microsoft sued them and they changed their name, the bubble w

I use fish with one plugin - fzf.fish. It's invaluable to me and the shortcuts are second nature now. It prefixes each line with a timestamp rather than a number, which makes most sense to me. https://github.com/Patrick

I used find frequently for more than a decade and it just never felt natural to me. I get there in the end but have to stop and think. With fd, a modern 'equivalent', I barely think just type. Same for grep.
