Nothing in my reply was incorrect. If you feel so strongly about it make a PR or raise a request. It's much more productive than crying about it on HN.

It's Open Container Initiative. https://opencontainers.org/ There's a sibling post with this link but it's greyed out.

A 5-day-old project doesn't support more than one operating system! One the developers would have to buy dedicated devices to develop and test it on no less. Outrageous.

There was definitely a 20 minute window where it was down for us. Messages were occasionally getting through but often in the wrong order, and many just failed.

It does. "I couldn't care less" is a common term and "I could care less" is a misunderstanding. I'd hope more people would realise they're saying they _do care_ about something they're claiming to not

An incorrect stock phrase that means the exact opposite of what's been said. I don't think it's unreasonable to say people who get things entirely wrong are struggling.

So do humans, even smart ones. I've lost count of how many times I've heard people say "I could care less" about something they don't care about.

It sprang to mind as soon as I saw the title of the post. One of my favourite ever programmes. It was on Prime in the UK but vanished some time ago.

Hey Micael. I've been a subscriber for years, love your channel and all things macro photography in general. Really wasn't expecting you to pop up on hn!

I had this discussion with someone on here the other day who flat out believed I'd invented the problem. Kitty is so fast compared to anything else I've tried.

It's a fairly common tactic in the UK. I've seen plenty of CCTV clips where kids cycle past people on their phones and snatch them. The thief is 10m away before the person's even reacted.

No, but the vast majority of people who understand enough IPv4 to set up a home or small office network still don't understand IPv6.

I love that this looks very much like Query Analyzer, the lightweight querying tool that came with SQL Server 2000. Back then, server management, querying and profiling were handled by separate utilities that did one thing well. They were a
