What is broken in Safari compared to Chrome and Firefox? I occasionally hear “Safari is the new IE”, but as a designer, I could use a little developer education as to what is actually deficient.

I'm a recent US -> Canada migrant, and though I agree that there are less services, it seems to have changed a lot since you made this list. I personally have: - Amazon Prime - Apple Pay - Planet Fitness - Uber and Lyft - 24/7

(I swear, not astroturfing.) I can't speak for other major US cities, but in my neighborhood in Chicago, Aldi is right there at the Wilson and Granville train stops. And those are not exactly the highest income areas.

Can't wait to see how fantastically expensive the Uptown and Edgewater station reconstruction ends up being. (They should have thrown in another billion to rebuild the Sheridan stop. Now that's a narrow platform.)

There are a variety of aromatase inhibitors which prevent conversion to estrogen. But they tend to have not great effects on cholesterol and lipids. And, the stronger ones, notably exemestane, can bring your estrogen levels too low on a T

I've started using NetNewsWire on the Mac in...2005? Earlier? They can pry RSS from my dead cold hands. I wish ReadKit didn't seem abandoned. Great keyboard shortcuts, Pocket integration, and no attempts to algorithmically sort it

Any good analysis out there as to why the UP Express hasn't done so well? I took it just this week, and it's certainly better than the bus they have to shuttle from the end of the subway line to Pearson.
