Oh I know and accept that, it’s just always a little funny to see that much of a difference in size. I use Photoshop every day, and I know that features added since version 3 that I use take up size: * Layer styles * Adjustment layers * Sma

Ah, yeah, I think I assumed correctly. In the emulator, the “macintosh.js” hard drive is 650 MB, so you must have to explicitly give it a big giant size to begin with, as it can’t dynamically increase the volume size on the fly.

Well let’s explore the app package. Electron Framework takes up 174 MB. Past that, the big one is “disk” in Contents/Resources/app/src/ — which I will be completely honest, I don’t know what that is exactly. Is it a disk

And good handles. The “cheese-grater” Power Mac G5/Mac Pro had handles. Which are great on a 42-pound chunk of aluminum…except they had sharp edges, and you sure felt that. (I hauled my 2006 Mac Pro between 3 different apartments. I re

Is there any reputable reporting, or even just wild gossip, about why Intel is behind? The cynical answer is “they were focused on profit margins and didn’t invest in process”, but is it possible they bet hard on some technology that didn’t

Wow. That is cool. If you have a big negative slant, and auto cursive enabled, you get much more of a humanist sans-serif, versus a neo-grotesque without those parameters. That's a huge amount of character to build into one single font
