DSQL has some serious limitations (transaction size, but also others). I would say working with it feels more like Dynamo than Postgres. Which is fine - it is a specialized system designed for specialized problems, not a drop in replacement

I think it very much depends on what you're doing. Would it make sense to build Google Docs in HTMX? Probably not. Does it make sense to roll out SPA + JSON API for something that is basically a reskinned Django Admin? Probably not.

I think it also depends on other stuff. Spain gets bunch of sun even when there's the deepest winter in Finland but even if they are technically part of the same grid, the challenge is getting the energy there.
