I'm afraid that the need for horizontal scrolling rather spoils it for me. A responsive layout would be a significant improvement in usability in my opinion.

Closing the issues with an explanation of some sort would be one thing. But closing and locking them without any explanation is very strange. It makes it very difficult for anyone with the same problem to find any sort of explanation.

That's certainly something to be considered with user uploaded svg images. However it's reasonably straightforward to parse an svg and remove any script elements.

In the first case, I believe that it's normally referred to as "subpixel antialiasing". And in the second case, "subpixel positioning".

return a < b ? -1 : a > b ? 1 : 0; That's a nice approach. However the document is about Go, and Go doesn't have a ternary operator. So that probably leaves the switch solution as the clearest one.

The article is rather old, and utilises node-waf which is no longer supported. Only node-gyp is supported these days.
